Fees and charges on FX transactions may be applicable, please check with our friendly staff at any of our branches
For FX currencies booked for delivery, transactions will be processed once clear funds are received in our account or cash payment is received at any of our branch locations
For FX currencies booked for Delivery, Delivery charges are applicable for Sydney CBD, Sydney Metropolitan Areas, Melbourne CBD and Melbourne Metropolitan Areas. Please check with our friendly staff at any of our branch locations
For all FX transactions processed there is no Refund/No Exchange /No change of mind
Customers who wish to prebook /order for FX currency, a 10% deposit is required for the value of the transaction. Minimum transaction value is $10000 which will be available for collection within the next couple of hours after payment is received
If the customer wishes to cancel the Prebook FX currency, the 10% deposit will be forfeited
All transactions above $1000 will require a valid Photo ID for the transaction to be processed
All suspicious transactions and transactions above $10000 will be reported to the AUSTRAC for compliance purposes
